Blueberry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh,rinsed
  • 1 banana, very ripe

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.
  • 3 pour into glasses and serve.
