Ingredients

- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh,rinsed
- 1 banana, very ripe
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.
- 3 pour into glasses and serve.
