A Mouth Watering Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2-1 cup apple juice
  • 10 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 put fruit in blender.
  • 2 add any kind of juice.
  • 3 blend away.
