A Yam A Day !

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans yams, drained and sliced into bite size pieces
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 microwave butter in a microwave safe dish, 30 seconds or until melted.
  • 2 add scallions, yams and pepper.
  • 3 stir gently, cover with plastic wrap and microwave at full power for 3-4 minutes or until hot.
