Any Fruit Coulis

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 225 g raspberries (or use any type of berry or soft stone fruit, stones removed)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons icing sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place the fruit in a blender or food processor.
  • 2 pulse to break up fruit.
  • 3 add the icing sugar and blend to form a puree.
  • 4 remove to a container and chill until required.
  • 5 if the fruit contains seeds, push the fruit through a sieve to remove them before chilling.
  • 6 note: cook time is chilling time.
