Ingredients

- 2 small apples, washed,peeled,and grated
- 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- crushed ice, as required
Recipe
- 1 blend the yogurt, sugar and cold water together in a blender.
- 2 add the limejuice and apple to the lassi.
- 3 blend again.
- 4 put crushed ice in glasses.
- 5 pour lassi over it and serve.
