Appalicious Apple Lassi

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 small apples, washed,peeled,and grated
  • 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 1/2 cups cold water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • crushed ice, as required

Recipe

  • 1 blend the yogurt, sugar and cold water together in a blender.
  • 2 add the limejuice and apple to the lassi.
  • 3 blend again.
  • 4 put crushed ice in glasses.
  • 5 pour lassi over it and serve.
