Baked Creole Potato Wedges

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 cut the potatoes into chunky wedges. leave the skin on for extra goodness.
  • 3 combine the oil and the creole seasoning in a large bowl.
  • 4 add the potatoes wedges to that bowl and mix up with your hands to get all of the potatoes coated in oil and seasoning.
  • 5 put the wedges on a baking sheet and put into the oven.
  • 6 cook for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done depending on how chunky you made your wedges.
