Banana And Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwi fruits
  • 200 ml skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice a banana.
  • 2 put it into a freezer-proof container and freeze for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
