- 1 banana
- 2 kiwi fruits
- 200 ml skim milk
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice a banana.
- 2 put it into a freezer-proof container and freeze for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
- 3 peel and chop the kiwi fruits.
- 4 place the banana, kiwi and milk in a blender.
- 5 process until smooth.
- 6 serve chilled!
