Banana And Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 1 large mango, flesh removed and choppe
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or 1 cup light soymilk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons pure floral honey or 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or 2 teaspoons rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. pour into two tall glasses and serve.
