Ingredients

- 1 large banana, chopped
- 1 large mango, flesh removed and choppe
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 cup low-fat milk or 1 cup light soymilk, chilled
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 2 teaspoons pure floral honey or 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or 2 teaspoons rice syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. pour into two tall glasses and serve.
