Ingredients
- 1 banana (100g 3 1/2 oz, ripe)
- 250 ml soya milk (8 fl oz)
- 1 mango (small)
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- 2 peel, deseed mango and dice.
- 3 place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
