Banana Bread Oatmeal

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup soymilk (vanilla soy milk is the best!) or 1/2 cup dairy milk (vanilla soy milk is the best!)
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and stir well, mashing up banana if desired.
  • 2 chill overnight or heat in microwave for about 1 minute.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 if chilling overnight, eat cold.
  • 5 otherwise, eat immediately!
