Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup soymilk (vanilla soy milk is the best!) or 1/2 cup dairy milk (vanilla soy milk is the best!)
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and stir well, mashing up banana if desired.
- 2 chill overnight or heat in microwave for about 1 minute.
- 3 stir well.
- 4 if chilling overnight, eat cold.
- 5 otherwise, eat immediately!
