Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 medium banana, peeled sliced and frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine milk, banana, vanilla and almond extract.
- 2 blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- 3 pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired.
- 4 *wrapsliced banana in plastic wrap or place in a freezer storage bag.
- 5 freeze several hours or overnight.
