Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 200 ml skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2 tablespoons porridge oats
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 banana

Recipe

  • 1 place milk into jug.
  • 2 add all other ingredients.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
