Ingredients

- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups milk
- ground nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 put the bananas in a blender or food processor.
- 2 add the yoghurt, honey, wheat germ, milk and nutmeg.
- 3 process or blend until smooth.
- 4 taste before serving and add more honey if you like.
