Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups milk
  • ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 put the bananas in a blender or food processor.
  • 2 add the yoghurt, honey, wheat germ, milk and nutmeg.
  • 3 process or blend until smooth.
  • 4 taste before serving and add more honey if you like.
