Banana Smoothie

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk (or soy, or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • 2 pour into a tall glass and serve.
