Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk (or soy, or low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- 2 pour into a tall glass and serve.
