Bean Margherita Penne

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat penne
  • 1/4 cup canned beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles, drain, return to pot.
  • 2 toss with beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and garlic.
  • 3 warm for 5 minutes.
  • 4 top with parmesan.
