Biscuit Cups

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups bisquick (tm)
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Recipe

  • 1 combine baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
  • 2 beat vigorously 20 strokes.
  • 3 drop by teaspoonfuls into 12 ungreased muffin cups.
  • 4 press dough on bottom and up sides of muffin cups with floured hands (or back of spoon).
  • 5 fill cups with desired pre-cooked filling and bake at 400* for about 15 minutes, or until cups are golden brown.
