Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (i use rotel brand )
  • 16 ounces chickpeas, drained
  • 15 1/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 1/4 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 16 ounces pepper rings, drained and chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 10 ounces mild taco sauce
  • 16 ounces of mild chunky salsa
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combined all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
