- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup fine shredded coconut
- graham wafers
Recipe
- 1 grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter. line with graham crackers.
- 2 bring butter, egg and milk to boil. remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over wafers. cover with more wafers.
- 3 keep in fridge.
