Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

- 4 -6 small apples, cut in wedges, skin taken off
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 put apples in a greased 9x9 pan. sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.
- 3 bake for 20 minutes.
- 4 stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough. gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.
- 5 roll dough out to place over apples in pan. cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
