Autumn Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 100 ml port wine
  • 100 ml cranberry juice
  • 15 raspberries
  • 2 mint leaves, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 put the port, juice and raspberries in a blender and whiz for a few seconds.
  • 2 strain to remove the raspberry seeds.
  • 3 pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
