Ingredients

- 100 ml port wine
- 100 ml cranberry juice
- 15 raspberries
- 2 mint leaves, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 put the port, juice and raspberries in a blender and whiz for a few seconds.
- 2 strain to remove the raspberry seeds.
- 3 pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
