Basil Skillet Scalloped Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
  • 2 cook onion with basil until tender.
  • 3 add soup, water and cheese.
  • 4 reduce heat to low.
  • 5 heat until cheese is melted, stirring often.
  • 6 add potatoes.
  • 7 heat through, stirring occasionally.
