Berry Smoothies

Total Time: 3 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt or 1 cup dessert tofu
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2-1 cup apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender and whirl away.
  • 2 start with 1/2 cup apple juice then add more juice to get the desired thickness.
