Blueberry-almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
  • 3 dates, pitted (medjool or deglet)
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • 2 pour into 2 glasses and serve. enjoy!
