- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
- 3 dates, pitted (medjool or deglet)
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- 2 pour into 2 glasses and serve. enjoy!
