- 2 cups fresh blueberries or 2 cups slightly thawed frozen blueberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 in food processor or blender, add all ingredients.
- 2 whirl until smooth.
- 3 serve in frosty glasses on a hot summery day.
