Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 chopped onion (small)
  • 1 chopped tomato (small)
  • 2 green chilies
  • salt
  • 2 g cumin seeds
  • 2 g turmeric powder
  • 2 g chili powder
  • 2 g allspice
  • 2 teaspoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 fry onion in oil until golden brown.
  • 2 add ginger paste , sliced potatoes , cauliflower florets .
  • 3 simmer for 2 minutes .add tomatoes , cumin seeds , salt , tumeric powder , chilli powder .and all spice.
  • 4 cover it with lid and cook for 7 minutes.
