Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 2/3 tablespoons horseradish (drain before measuring)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard or 1 teaspoon sweet mustard (i prefer the sweet)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash red pepper
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients together in fancy serving bowl.
- 2 serve with prime rib or cold family steak.
