Applesauce Snack

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 ounce protein powder
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon almond butter
  • cinnamon, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • 2 sprinkle cinnamon on top (to your taste) and serve cold.
