Berry Oat Breakfast

1/2 cup applesauce (i used raspberry applesauce)
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons flax seeds
Recipe
1 add all ingrediants together in a small bowl.
2 mash ingrediants with a fork until blended.
3 enjoy with a glass of milk!
