100% Whole Wheat Bread (abm)

Ingredients
- 1 5/8 cups water
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 2/3 cups whole wheat flour (i used whole grain spelt)
- 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients in the order shown above making sure the water is slightly warmed and that the yeast doesn't touch it. make a well in the top of the flour and add the yeast in there, that will help.
- 2 cook on the whole wheat setting.
- 3 this is a 2 pound loaf.
- 4 i used a medium crust.
- 5 press start and away you go.
