100% Whole Wheat Bread (abm)

Total Time: 2 hrs 8 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 53 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 5/8 cups water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 2/3 cups whole wheat flour (i used whole grain spelt)
  • 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 add the ingredients in the order shown above making sure the water is slightly warmed and that the yeast doesn't touch it. make a well in the top of the flour and add the yeast in there, that will help.
  • 2 cook on the whole wheat setting.
  • 3 this is a 2 pound loaf.
  • 4 i used a medium crust.
  • 5 press start and away you go.
  • 6 bon appetit!
