Bread, Sausage And Cherry Tomato Shish Kabobs

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 18 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 sweet italian sausage, cut into twelve, 2 inch pieces
  • 1 loaf italian bread, cut into twenty four, 2 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 coat a baking sheet with the canola oil and place in the oven in the broil position.
