- 4 baked potatoes, split
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup, condensed (10 3/4 ounces)
- shredded cheddar cheese or shredded swiss cheese, , optional
Recipe
- 1 place hot baked potatoes on microwave-safe plate.
- 2 carefully fluff up potatoes with fork.
- 3 top each potato with ham.
- 4 stir soup in can until smooth.
- 5 spoon soup over potatoes.
- 6 top with cheese, if desired.
- 7 microwave on high 4 minutes or until hot.
