Balsamic Vinegar And Red Wine Reduction

Ingredients

  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine in a wide pan and boil until reduced by at least half (depnding on how thick and syrupy you want your sauce). sugar can be increased or decreased to taste.
