Banana And Kiwi Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 tablespoon cream (optional, could just use creamy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 125 ml milk (or a little extra if not using cream)

Recipe

  • 1 chop the fruit roughly and put into your mixer bowl / container.
  • 2 add cream (optional), vanilla extract and honey.
  • 3 whizz up until smooth, but don't worry if there are still some lumps.
  • 4 add a little milk and whizz up until smooth.
  • 5 then add as much of the remaining milk as you want to suit your tastes.
