Banana Akara (african Banana Fritters)

Ingredients
- 6 bananas, well ripened
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 mash bananas with a fork or use blender to make into a pulp.
- 2 add flour.
- 3 mix water and sugar to make a syrup.
- 4 add syrup and nutmeg to bananas and flour (add more water, if needed, to make batter to pancake consistency.) mix well.
- 5 fry like pancakes in oiled frying pan until golden brown.
