Banana And Mango Smoothie

Total Time: 2 hrs 2 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (100g 3 1/2 oz, ripe)
  • 250 ml soya milk (8 fl oz)
  • 1 mango (small)

Recipe

  • 1 peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2 peel, deseed mango and dice.
  • 3 place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
