Banana Bread (vegan)

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 170'c.
  • 2 mash bananas in a bowl and add sugar and vanilla until combined.
  • 3 add water.
  • 4 in a separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, powder and cinnamon.
  • 5 gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix.
  • 6 grease bread pan and pour mixture inches i added some shredded almonds on top.
  • 7 bake for an hour.
