Banana Bread (vegan)

Ingredients
- 5 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 170'c.
- 2 mash bananas in a bowl and add sugar and vanilla until combined.
- 3 add water.
- 4 in a separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, powder and cinnamon.
- 5 gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix.
- 6 grease bread pan and pour mixture inches i added some shredded almonds on top.
- 7 bake for an hour.
