Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 thaw bananas for 30 minute mix margarine, egg vanilla and sugar in a bowl until well blended. alternate adding bananas and flour (add baking soda to flour) and beat for 2-3 minutes. pour into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
