Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low fat margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 thaw bananas for 30 minute mix margarine, egg vanilla and sugar in a bowl until well blended. alternate adding bananas and flour (add baking soda to flour) and beat for 2-3 minutes. pour into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
