Banana Jam

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • 2 heat to a boiling in a saucepan and simmer slowly, till mixture is thickened.
  • 3 serve warm over pancakes or cool and serve as a jam.
