Banana Soy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup banana
  • 1/4 cup oats

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry and wet ingredients separately. gradually add dry to wet making a thin batter. fold in any optional ingredients you enjoy (like nuts or blueberries).
  • 2 cook as usual for pancakes.
