- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups soymilk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup banana
- 1/4 cup oats
Recipe
- 1 mix dry and wet ingredients separately. gradually add dry to wet making a thin batter. fold in any optional ingredients you enjoy (like nuts or blueberries).
- 2 cook as usual for pancakes.
