Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (19 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained (or 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a skillet or wok. add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes.
