Bean Sprouts With Scallions

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (19 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained (or 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a skillet or wok. add sprouts; stir fry for 2 minutes. add salt, stir in scallions and cook for 2 more minutes.
