- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 peel onions, leaving bases intact and place in a baking dish.
- 3 combine butter and oil in a bowl.
- 4 brush onions liberally with mixture.
- 5 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
