Batatya Chi Sukki Bhaji (sauteed Potatoes And Bell Pepper)

Ingredients

- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cubed
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes till cooked but firm.
- 2 peel and cube them.
- 3 sprinkle with salt, turmeric powder and paprika. mix well.
- 4 heat oil in a pan.
- 5 toss in cumin seeds and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- 6 saute the potatoes for a few minutes.
- 7 lower flame and cook covered till lightly roasted and golden.
- 8 stir in the red and green bell peppers.
- 9 cook for a few minutes.
- 10 serve hot with rotis or bread or puris or parathas.
