Blueberry-apple Pie

Ingredients

- 1 pastry for a double-crust 9-inch pie
- 3 cups sliced pared tart apples
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 -2 cup sugar (depending on tartness of apples)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 .heat oven to 425.
- 2 prepare pastry.
- 3 stir together sugar and flour.
- 4 sprinkle sugar flour mixture over apples and blueberries in mixing bowl.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 pour into pie shell.
- 7 dot with butter.
- 8 seal with second pie shell.
- 9 cut slits into top pie shell.
- 10 seal and flute.
- 11 bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
