Blueberry-apple Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pastry for a double-crust 9-inch pie
  • 3 cups sliced pared tart apples
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 -2 cup sugar (depending on tartness of apples)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 .heat oven to 425.
  • 2 prepare pastry.
  • 3 stir together sugar and flour.
  • 4 sprinkle sugar flour mixture over apples and blueberries in mixing bowl.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 pour into pie shell.
  • 7 dot with butter.
  • 8 seal with second pie shell.
  • 9 cut slits into top pie shell.
  • 10 seal and flute.
  • 11 bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
