Apple Cider Health Drink

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 frsh lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 -2 teaspoon liquid sweetener
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan, add all the ingredients and bring to a slow boil over medium heat.
  • 2 simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3 strain and serve.
