Ingredients

- 4 potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- black pepper, coarsley ground to taste
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 scrub potatoes and cut in half.
- 2 rub with sesame oil then sprinkle generously with coarsely ground black pepper and salt.
- 3 bake on a baking sheet until tender, turning partway through (about 45 minutes).
